This is what I stand for as a coach and as a person:
Professionalism
Empathy
Self- and life experience
Systemic approaches
Compassion
What characterizes me as a coach
Accompanying people, empowering and supporting them to reach their potential, initiate change processes, reflect on and change old patterns of action and thought: That is my passion. Because people are my passion. I also work transgenerationally in life coaching sessions. Why: because we are a product of our families of origin and our parents are also a product of their families of origin. Looking beyond the generational divide often proves to be extremely valuable.
I always adapt to the situation of the respective client or organization. This may sound obvious, but it is not. In addition to grasping the big picture, a good coach must above all have ears for nuances. With me, there are no one-size-fits-all approaches. I provide active support, ask questions and challenge my clients. That's why no two coaching sessions are the same.
Solid training and further education has always been important to me. Even after completing my studies to become a personal and business coach, I still complete at least 50 hours of further training every year, exchange ideas with colleagues in peer groups and intervision sessions and constantly work on improving my services.
